Jim has spent his entire career in technology, working with customers, founders and management teams. Prior to founding ParkerGale, he worked at Chicago Growth Partners and William Blair Capital Partners where he managed portfolio company operations and technology initiatives. Before starting in private equity, Jim held various technical, sales and strategy roles at Oracle Corporation, Compuware/Uniface, CA/Ingres and Digital Equipment Corporation. He studied Accounting and Applied Statistics at Babson College, and holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from IIT in Chicago. Jim spends his free time mixing it up in the black belt division on the Sport Martial Arts circuit.

Ryan is responsible for sourcing and monitoring investments. For the eight years prior to founding ParkerGale, he was a Principal at Chicago Growth Partners where he helped manage the technology investment sector. Prior to CGP, he spent two years at Robert W. Baird where he worked in investment banking. Ryan received a BS from Boston College and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management. Ryan supports Chicago youth engagement initiatives through his work with boxing charity The Bloc, is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and is on the Board of the Illinois Technology Association.

Paul is responsible for working with the leaders of ParkerGale’s portfolio companies to improve their growth strategies, including sales, marketing, and leadership team effectiveness. Prior to joining ParkerGale, Paul worked in the Leadership and Talent practice at Bain & Company. At Bain, he also led private equity, merger integration, and performance improvement client engagements across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Paul worked for a boutique financial research firm and an international retailer. He was also a professional lacrosse player for Major League Lacrosse. Paul holds a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Corey is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to founding ParkerGale, he spent eight years at CGP as it’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Corey also spent seven years as Controller at Willis Stein & Partners where he was responsible for fund and tax accounting, cash management as well as various investor relations and administrative aspects of a $3 billion group of funds. Corey received his BA from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.

Eleanor ("Nori") is responsible for sourcing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining ParkerGale, Nori worked in management consulting as an Associate at Treacy & Company, where she helped clients develop and deploy growth strategies while building the discipline for sustainable and profitable growth. Nori holds an AB in Government from Harvard University, where she also rowed for the Harvard-Radcliffe Women’s Heavyweight Crew.

Cass works with portfolio companies to improve their financial reporting and visibility. She is focused on using metrics that matter to drive better day-to-day decision-making and outcomes, as well as streamlining reporting across the portfolio. For three years prior to re-joining the team as a Principal on the Operations team, she was an Associate at ParkerGale, involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment process, supporting deal sourcing, diligence, and the monitoring of portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Cass received her CPA license while working for KPMG in the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on financial due diligence for private equity clients. Cass received her BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and graduated with an MBA with Honors from Chicago Booth.

Prior to joining ParkerGale, David worked in equity research at William Blair, covering software and internet stocks. Before joining William Blair, David was a staff in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young. David holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a licensed CPA.

Morgan's Leveraged Finance group where she worked on executing debt transactions for mid to large cap corporate and financial sponsor clients for strategic M&A, expansion, stock buy-back, and refinancing purposes. Liz holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago, where she majored in Economics.
Ross is responsible for ParkerGale’s compliance program. Prior to joining ParkerGale, he spent five years as a Managing Consultant for Bovill, a global regulatory consulting firm, in London and Chicago designing, developing and operating compliance programs for private equity fund managers. Ross also was an Associate Director at Complyport in London and held senior compliance roles for Aviva Investors and Calamos Investments in Chicago. Ross received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and his B.A. from Duquesne University.

Devin has twenty years of experience investing in technology companies and helping management teams build their companies. Prior to founding ParkerGale, Devin was a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee at Chicago Growth Partners where he ran their technology group. He also spent five years at Baird Venture Partners where he was the Managing Partner and chair of the investment committee. Early in his career, Devin worked at Great Hill Partners and William Blair Capital Partners. He studied Art History at SUNY Binghamton and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Devin supports Chicago’s visual arts community as a Board member of threewalls.
